A couple of excellent dives at St Abbs on 22 September 2012 from Paul Crowe’s boat The Tiger Lilly.
Great viz, a sunny day and a massive shoal of mackerel combined to produce a second dive that was without a doubt one of the most spectacular dives I’ve ever done in the UK. It was difficult to take a bad photo! Continue reading “Shoaling – St. Abbs, September 2012”

Pulau Weh, Sumatra – July 2012
Some pictures taken whilst diving at Pulau Weh off the north coast of Sumatra in July 2012.
Pulau Weh has to take the prize for having the greatest variety and shear number of fish of all the places I have dived. Of course fish make tricky subjects for photographs as they invariably move the second you press the shutter button! The massive fan corals covering the rock faces at Pantee Aneuk Seuke (‘The Canyon’) made a much easier subject.
A day at St Abbs – Sept. 2011
